The purpose of curriculum is to develop each student as a learner, as a person, as a community member and as a contributor to society.
While recognising the importance of the 8 Key Learning Areas The Melbourne City School has an approach to curriculum development which is flexible and responsive to the needs of the students, the School, and what is outside and beyond the School. We will ensure that all students work towards meeting VELS standards.
